ABOUT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
The Hillsborough County Department of Corrections is located at 445 Willow Street, Manchester, NH 03103. Our inmate population housed inside the facility includes male and female inmates who are awaiting arraignment, pre-trail and/or sentenced. The Hillsborough County DOC is a government facility that operates under the direction of the Superintendent and the County Board of Commissioners.

Protect the community by providing a safe, secure, and rehabilitative environment for those in our custody, while maintaining trust and professionalism and providing opportunities for continued growth and development.

At the HCDOC we are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and rehabilitative environment for all individuals in custody. Our goal is not only to ensure public safety but also to foster an atmosphere that promotes personal growth, accountability, and positive change. We understand the significant role we play in the lives of those we oversee and in the broader community, and we take that responsibility seriously.
